Command-Z for undo does not work on the keyboard in text editing mode

I understand this is only for beta bugs, but this issue is simply too severe to be overlooked in this release. It’s almost impossible to do serious and thorough text work in Publisher on iPad with a keyboard.

If you understand this, then you should also understand that your original bug report is sufficient. Duplicating a topic to an irrelevant forum section simply invites confusion.

I don’t live a life out here where the behavior of a model student is always the right choice. Sometimes, the problems and neglect are so significant, with consequences for the recipient of a service, that you have to say stop.

Sometimes, you just have to put your foot down.

That’s all I have to add to this. I have work to do.

It should be glaringly obvious that I’m trying to get this bug prioritized NOW in this cycle, not in a version months from now. Some of us are working right now and delivering soon - not patrolling forums. There have been plenty of discussions about waiting times for bug fixes in here; the usual hang-arounds should know that. Time is money.

I considered writing a long and informative response but I understand that doing so might not have been wholly appreciated.

In lieu of that, I will, however, wish you luck in your endeavours to influence Serif’s development priorities in the face of what seem to be considerable, perhaps insurmountable, odds.

Thank you for your feedback, however only one forum post is needed to get assistance from Tech Support, I can see that you have already been responded to and the internal report has been bumped. 
This forum section is specific to the Beta and not the appropriate place for issues that occur in the release builds. Please note that you'll receive the same level of help wherever you post, making duplicate posts will have no effect on the speed in which it is resolved.

It certainly won’t speed things up, and it may even slow things down because potential responders will have to read posts in two different places to see if they actually include different information instead of merely being duplicates.
