Contextual help for picture frame tools

When a text frame or other text object is selected with either picture frame tool, the contextual help in the status bar will be for a picture frame rather than for a text object. It doesn't seem to know the difference between frame types.

The reverse doesn't happen if you select a picture frame with the Frame Text tool.

Also, there's a missing space after the words "Picture Frame." in this help phrase.

The issue "Contextual help for picture frame tools" (REF: AF-5072) has been fixed by the developers in the latest beta build (2.6.0.2900). The fix is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
