Canva-Activation fur multiple Users at one Laptop / Terminal-Server

Hallo,

we are a non-profit-organisation and start to use Affinty by canva-account.

We bought one V2-Universal-Licence (and the V1-Licence before) for the organisation and one for my own device (self paid) but I test to use the canva-account. I want to install the software at the Laptop and terminal-server. Every User should can use it.
Now my user could activate it, but the others not. So they can't use the software.

How can we do it right? I wuold prefer to activate it only once, but we can activate it at every user, who need the software, if needed.

Hey @Rinat Bär Not sure how this was missed, sorry.

It's not possible to activate the app for all users on a the machine/workstation when accessing through a verified Education or Nonprofit Canva account. Each Student/Teacher is required to use their own account to activate the app. We have quite a few FAQs here but if you're still having issues, please let me know.
