I can't use my student access code

Hello,

I'm a french student in my last year of architecture. I bought an access code from my school the ENSAM (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Montpellier). They do it every year with a discount for the students.

But it's litteraly impossible for me to find where I can put this access code to have my universal licence. I checked on the website, in each program (photo, designer, publisher). I created 3 different accounts to see if it offers me the possibility to put my access code, but that's not the case.

When I log to my usual account with the same email adress that i'm using for this forum, i can only keep going with my 180 days trial licence.

I tried to reach the affinity teams by email, no response yet.

My access code looks like this : AA-AAA0A0AAAAAA. The A are different capital letters and the 0 different numbers.

It's getting stressful I have finals soon and I can't work with what I pay for.
