Affinity Photo 2 Crashes

Affinity Photo 2 crashes when entering text and selecting a font. When scrolling down to choose a specific font, the program closes. Windows is up to date. I've already renamed the folder to AffinityOld and reinstalled, but with no success. Graphics drivers and all other drivers are updated. The program has been completely uninstalled and reinstalled, but the issue persists. Does anyone have any advice?

Just by scrolling through the different fonts without selecting one, the program crashes.

@Krisú Can you confirm which version of Photo V2  you're running (2.5.5 being the latest public release)?

How many fonts are installed within the font folder in Windows?

You could try moving half of the installed fonts to another folder first. Then see if Photo opens and if you can scroll the font list and type text. If you can, the issue probably relates to one of the fonts that's been moved to the other folder. It would then be a case of moving groups of fonts back into the fonts folder and checking to narrow down the particular font(s).
