Whilst trying to debug another issue (linked), it was suggested by @NotMyFault I raise this possible bug here.

Six curves in the sample file (attached) are rasterized on SVG export. It may be a case of me accidentally triggering a setting, causing the rasterization. If someone can help me work out what the cause is, then I can try avoiding making the mistake in my real drawings.

EDIT: I'm using latest version Affinity Designer 2 on an iPad Pro (2019) iOS 18.1

Try using Expand Stroke so that all lines end up being closed curves which SVG's for CRICUT etc require.

Whilst it does remove the rasterisation, it also incorrectly renders a few of the details. I believe there a few bugs regarding expand stroke from a quick search of this forum.
