Hi Affinity team.

For cropping an image I find it helpful to be able to see the whole extent of the image boing cropped, when making later adjustments; I only discovered that it was possible to to do this by raising the question on the forum; as I couldn't find reference to it in the help file. As it turned out from the helpful reply I got on the forum (copied below); it is possible to control this within the layers control panel. However, it is not a feature easily found because it is quite deep within the control structure of the software.

So, my suggestion would be to create a context option for the crop tool is activated to enable the full visibility of the extent a cropped image to be toggled, and perhaps made to appear faded outside of the crop boundary. What do you think?
