RedSnapper Posted November 2, 2024 Posted November 2, 2024 NIK files are shown in the settings and in the Filters but when I click an option nothing happens. Does anyone have a solution to this problem. Nik not working.mp4 Quote

So the only solution is to change the color profile to RGB8. I have to correct myself. The NIK plugins work, even with RGB16 and probably, but I haven't tested this, with RGB32. Please rasterize the layer before! From the OP's screen recording it looks like these are RGBA/16 images, so I'm not sure why the plugins aren't working. Also, I certainly could be wrong but I do not think they work with RGB32 images. mikerofoto Posted November 2, 2024 Posted November 2, 2024 the OP need to re-install Nik 6 but installed in the right folder, not his nik perspective folder =/ (see attached snapshot). nik perspective doesn't work with AP and nik doesn't work in 64 bit. on mac: "user" / library/ application support / affinity photo 2 / plugins folder. can't tell for windows users. RedSnapper Posted November 5, 2024 Author Posted November 5, 2024 Thanks for the response. I have uninstalled NIC and removed all traces of it. I then installed it again and it now works with AP. Quote
