Affinity window opens larger than screen

The Affinity window goes off the top of my screen. I can't see the toolbar or the top several tools in the left menu. 

I reinstalled the program, but same problem. Have been using the program for several hours each day for weeks. This just suddenly happened.

From the Window menu, select Studio>Reset Studio

I can't use the program until I fix this. I can't use the tools I need.

I reset the Studio but it only reset the palettes on the right. The large window is the one extending off the top of the screen.

Assuming you're on a Mac, try Window > Zoom from the Menu.

I tried everything everyone suggested. And deleted the program and reinstalled it. 

None of the commands worked because I couldn't see or use the toolbar. 

Finally it worked when I dragged the bottom of the window to the top — a random action. But it popped into place and hasn't reoccurred.

Did you try what @walt.farrell suggested above? The Windows menu is visible in your screenshot so you should be able to click on it & choose the Zoom item in it. It should be in the same upper section as the Minimize item.
