Does happen with other documents too or it's with a specific one? If it's happening with all can you please close the app, press and hold CTRL while double-clicking the app to launch it again. Check all boxes in the dialog that will appear and press Clear. This will reset the app. Does it still display the same issue after the reset? In case it does can you post your system specs please?
