PNG and GIF export hang

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I'm having problems exporting the attached file (just a sample file with an all white page, real file contains confidential information so cannot post here) to PNG or GIF (through File->Export..., export with export personality works just fine, but less options). The export hangs, with the progress bar not moving (it seems to stay at 0% or 100%, maybe depending on previous exports). Export to other formats work just fine.

Thanks,

Christ

Hi cnadig

I've just tried your attached file and it exports to PNG fine and exports to GIF ok too (although it takes a little longer). I'm guessing that the file you are having trouble with is a bit more complex than a white background. If you'd prefer you send me a link to the file in a private message and I can test it out, or you can send the file to support@seriflabs.com. The file will be deleted after testing

Cheers

I have already reset the application and it still does not work. I have check disk utility and it still does not work.
