Friendly Outsider
I really valued the simple Crop to Top Object facility that was available on Drawplus. Is there a similar action on Affinity?
Ken Cope
Drag the object you want cropped (object 1) into the object (object 2) on the layers panel, they combine to automatically crop object 1 by object 2. Object 1 can be moved around within the crop, so it isn't destructive, more of a 'live' crop. I must admit to preferring the way DP works to AD's, but perhaps it will grow on me. jobeyb
Tried this, but I found it is the other way round. i.e drag the cropping object into the object to be cropped, then it worked.
Ken Cope
Ah, okay, as long as it's working. :) Quote Windows 11 Pro 64bit ¤ AMD Threadripper 3990x ¤ Nvidia RTX 3090 ¤ 256GB DDR4 Ram ¤ ROG Zenith II Extreme Alpha
Mark Ingram
Moving to the Questions forum as this is unrelated to the Windows Public Beta.
