Trader Posted October 15 Share Posted October 15 I am new, 10 years with Adobe. I have notes on a tutorial video that all the backgrounds are grey. I am finding the black background straining on my eyes. I have brightened up the fonts in all the tools but is there a way to change all the backgrounds to grey and hopefully this will be less eye straining. Or if you wish to maintain Dark Mode, after creating a New Document you can adjust the Background Grey Level using the slider, again under Settings > User Interface...
