where do you see the location and dimensions of your selection rectangle

I need to know the XY Width and Height of my selection rectangle, but it doesn't appear in the Info Window.  Where can I find this information?

Assuming you are using Photo, look at the Transform window. Note that you'll need to have a pixel layer selected in the layers panel. You may need to first choose the Move tool (the black arrow) and then look at the transform window.

I assume that by "selection rectangle" you mean a 'marching ants' selection like you can make in AP with the Rectangular Selection Tool. If so, select any of the 4 marquee selection tools, the Freehand Selection Tool, or the Move Tool & the Transform Panel will show the X,Y, W, & H values.

Note that with any of these tools except the Move Tool selected, you can change these values to move the selection around on the canvas without affecting any of its layers.
