Affinity Publisher layer selection

If I have many groups and hundreds of elements, then if I am not checking Auto- scroll, the group, which content that element, doesn't select, and I can't see where in which group is, But if i check Auto Scroll, then the group with hundreds of elements show and layer panell is messy, can't find anything- If I haven't check Auto scroll, group which consist element I select shoud be selected. Maby should layer have an option to put it out of layer panell, to be more organized if have many elements in layer panel?

Not a bug.

If you right click on the object you should see Find in Layers Panel at the bottom of the context menu. It is also in the Layers menu, there is even a keyboard shortcut.
