Out of curiosity, why are you exporting to PDF from Publisher and then copying and pasting from the exported PDF back to Publisher? MikeTO Posted October 5 Share Posted October 5 We can't tell what's wrong with "pod skalami" because we don't know what it was like originally. Is it supposed to be formatted as a heading like "pelikan". But even if that was the case, I tried creating a document with headings and bulleted lists, exported as PDF, selected, and copied and pasted back into Publisher and it all worked fine. I wouldn't expect copying and pasting from a PDF to always produce exact results, formatting messes are to be expected given the way PDF files are built.
