Affinity Publisher 2 (Windows) Version 2.5.5 I open any file and the program crashes Yes If you cannot provide a sample document then please give an accurate description of the problem for example it should include most of the following: Windows 10 Off I open the program, open a file, or new file then it loads, then crashes and closes. Any unusual hardware (like tablets or external monitors or drives that may affect things) or relevant other applications like font managers or display managers? Staff stokerg Posted October 4, 2024 Staff Posted October 4, 2024 Hi @anothernameand Welcome to the Forums, Normally most crashes when opening a file or starting a New Document as caused by the graphics card drivers, as outlined on this FAQ. So while i wait to hear back from QA to see if they've been able to get anything useful from the crash report, can you try reinstalling your graphics card drivers, making sure to install the latest ones.
