Using the same master pages for all new afpub files

Recommended Posts

At the moment, I use Document/Add pages from file, select the file with the master pages I need, import just a single page, and delete that page. This just leaves the master pages, which is great. However, I was wondering if there was a more elegant way of adding previously used master pages to a new afpub file.

Did you tried document templates? You can create one that will hold you're favourite master pages and then create an new document from that template.

You can find more in the official documentation↓

You could create a Document Template, with your Master Pages and anything else you want standard, and then choose Templates rather than Presets from the File > New dialog.
