markimark
Save failed because the file could not be written to. I see this is a current known issue, I've tried re-embedding a placed affinity file. Changing file save locations from dropbox to local folder. I believe I copied some layers from a photo or another publisher file in to this publisher file. This after after publisher file was upgraded to 2.5.3 What can I share to help development team resolve this issue, I can't close the file or I will loose my work. UPDATE: I replaced the embedded affinity file placement with a placed png file. So only embedded png. , Also, there is a table used in file, and as mentioned a few layers copied in from another affinity file. carl123
1. Try exporting to a PDF file so you have a copy 2. Or try copying all the Layers in the Layers panel and pasting them into a new document markimark 1 Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. markimark
@carl123 "2. Or try copying all the Layers in the Layers panel and pasting them into a new document" It still happens, I did export to pdf, so I guess I can try eleminating layers until I find the one that contains the issue.
