Brush size

The bracket keys don't work when changing the size of a brush. When I use the bracket keys the change the opacity for some reason.

I can change brush size using the short cut cont+alt the moving the resulting line left or right to resize the brush.

Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong?

This is working for me on both Windows and Mac...

1. Are the bracket keys set as the keyboard shortcuts for Decrease and Increase Brush Size under the Shortcut Settings for the Paintbrush tool?
2. Which language keyboard are you using?

Thanks for this. It's an English keyboard on a Lenovo laptop using Windows 11. 

Checked settings and it seems to be as you have shown

Make sure you are using the square bracket keys [ & ]

Not the ones on the Nine and Zero keys ( & )

That's it, you've solved it! I don't know how it's changed from the other bracket keys but it has.
