kwaaui
While a text box is active (e.g.: some text is selected or the cursor is just blinking within text) and I'm focusing a panel element, it seems to seems to accept the first tab key pressed, but then it starts inserting Tab spaces in the text. For example, if I open the Find and Replace panel, while editing text, I have the focus on the find textbox, with my selection already in place, but when I press the Tab key it skips to the magnifier icon (without opening its pop-up menu) and when I press the Tab key again the focus is back in the textbox (a tab space is inserted). The same happens in the Replace field, not allowing to reach the "Find", "Replace" and "Replace All" buttons inside the panel.

I can't duplicate this on macOS - it has always tabbed from Find to Replace and back to Find for me, no matter which version of macOS and Affinity I have used. Do you have any accessibility settings enabled? Which version of macOS are you using? kwaaui
No accessibility settings are enabled. macOS 14.6.1 By the way, the same behaviour is happening in other panels, like the Character or Paragraph panel.
MikeTO
Does it do this in all three Affinity apps? Did this just start happening or has it always worked this way on your computer? I've never seen a report of this with any version of Affinity on macOS. Odd.
