WeronikaSalach Posted September 27, 2024 Posted September 27, 2024 Heyo So with the new update, as far as I heard here in the forum, there is a new smoothing algorithm for the pencil tool. From what I can see, this smoothening is enabled even if stabilization is off. Lately I needed to draw with a more organic feeling, where the line isn’t perfect but instead it looks as if I was drawing in my sketchbook. So this smoothening thingy is quite annoying 👀 Does anyone happen to know if this can be deactivated somewhere? Anyone else who had similar thoughts? Thanks! Wera

If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

I was looking for similar threads but maybe your title didn’t include relevant keywords so I didn’t see your thread. I think I will reach out to Serif directly to ask about it. I really don’t want to switch to Fresco for this because I need to draw with both Stroke and Fill. Let’s stay in touch!
