Nonprofit Affinity login with Canva Credentials

Recommended Posts

So far, no luck getting an answer through Affinity Support.

The issue:

  • MacOS Desktop

  • On 09/16, because we are an approved nonprofit account, we received an email advising that Affinity apps were available for download and accessible through our Canva credentials free of charge.

  • I installed designer and following the instructions, looked for a 'Sign in with Canva' link -- there is not such a link. Only info regarding starting a trial.

  • I have re-installed to no avail.

  • PLEASE ADVISE

Thank you.
