When I select text or deselect text layers open with all this layers of letters, with both move tool or node tool, and layer panel became messy, So I suggest that layer staj cloes and only I can open or close it. It is then very hard to navigate if you need to select some other layer.

Hi @Iztok,

If you deselect auto-scroll from the Layers panel hamburger menu this won't happen but it's a trade-off since if you want to locate an item in a Layers panel that has many layers you'd need auto-scroll enabled...

Ideally, we need an additional option to disable auto-scroll for groups only...

You can right-click a layer on the canvas and select "Find in Layers Panel" (CTRL+K)
