Placed Image Has Pixelation Issue

Recommended Posts

1.  Took a photo with iPhone and opened it with Affinity Photo 2, version 2.5.5.

2.  Placed a logo onto the image and noted as I moved the placed image down, the bottom started to pixelate (Place Example 1).  When I move it back up, the pixelation goes away (Place Example 2).  It's like there is a band on the bottom of the photo where the resolution is different.

3.  Running Winsows 11, OS Build 22631.4037 on an Alienware PC 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KF  3.00 GHz with 64 GB Ram, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPU, Driver V. 556.12. DirectX 12.
