Affinity Photo Preserve Alpha

Turning on Gaussian Blur with Preserve Alpha in this scenario preserves color as well as alpha, should only preserve alpha.

I've replicated this and have logged it with the Developers

The issue "Layer FX: Gaussian Blur FX with Preserve Alpha checked, overrides Colour Overlay" (REF: AF-4264) has been fixed by the developers in the latest beta build (2.6.0.2805). The fix is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
