ladymondegreen
I just spent 70 bucks on a program that doesn't work. I tried turning off hardware acceleration and I held CTRL while opening the program. This is a fresh Windows 10 install on a new SSD on a rather recent RoG PC. Please help.

As for it being a new install of Windows, that does not guarantee that the GPU drivers are up-to-date, so it may be worth checking to make sure they are: The program may be generating crash reports, and it could be useful to see one of them: Or, the Windows Event Logs may have useful information: Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU.
