bediicco
Sample: I have a page, there is a picture and at the bottom the footer. In the text, the image should create its margins and keep distance, but the footer should be layered above the image and normally left-aligned (should be visible over the background image). (How) is this possible? Quote Affinity on iPad 🙌🏻
bediicco
Oh, this is up to the master page layout. How to modify the master page to stay above the image and ignore image margins? (the master page layout is only header and footer in this sample) Quote Affinity on iPad 🙌🏻
carl123
Typically, you would Edit Linked the master page layer (on a normal page) that contained the footer and move that above all other layers in the Layers panel But I can tell you precisely how to do it on an iPad as I don't use one bediicco 1 Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. bediicco
Thank you. I tried to move the layer to the top but something must went wrong, this changes nothing in the magical margin of the image placeholder. When moving the bottom border of the image the element runs to the left. Quote Affinity on iPad 🙌🏻
bediicco
even if you cannot see it this is the layer from the master page group, this is not clear in the image, but is is from the master Quote Affinity on iPad 🙌🏻
carl123
You need to move the entire master page layer to the top of the layers stack not just the text layer Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. Staff NathanC Posted September 20 Staff Share Posted September 20 Hi @bediicco apologies for the late reply, Any chance you could send me a copy of your document if you're still having issues with this? I can then check it on iPad and see what can be done. I've provided a private upload link below. https://www.dropbox.com/request/PdXg4RWg7INI44qTXkIv
