JESH8
I'm using the Artistic text tool and the text is annoyingly pixelated. The screenshot below shows a letter in Affinity on the left, and inset on the right is the same letter at the same large font in MSWord. The Word letter is fine, but the Affinity one does not have straight edges. Am I doing something wrong?
GarryP
Welcome to the forums @JESH8 Photo will always show you the contents of the document at a document-pixel level. So if your image resolution is low, and/or your zoom level is high, you will see some pixelation. If this is the issue then there’s nothing you can do about it as it’s expected behaviour. NotMyFault
If you export the word document to a jpeg file having same resolution as you Photo document, you will get similar pixelation. Photo gives a preview of the result. In Designer you can switch view modes, getting a similar rendering like Word when using vector view mode.
