Colour behavior Affinity designer

If I select fill with selection move tool I like to change green fill colour, If I select text with text tool I like to change colour of the text, now I am confused how to set green to none. Not logic behavior.

Sorry, I don't get the problem.

If you select the green circle with the Move tool, you can change its fill color either in the context toolbar or in the Color panel. Your screenshot doesn't show the context toolbar, but it does show the Color panel on the right. It seems however that you don't have the green circle selected but rather the red text-on-path object because that's the color shown in the fill color selector at the top of the panel.

Yes, this works exactly the same. The context toolbar will show different options with the Text tool active, but it will still give you the ability to change the text fill color. For the Color panel, there's no difference at all.

First, select the green circle. Then, in the Color panel, click the small Set Fill None swatch to the lower left of the color selectors. I took your screenshot and marked the UI with a red arrow so you know where to click:

Seems perfectly logic to me. How else do you expect this to work?
