Recommended Posts

If just toolbars disappeared you may first try their display options  in the "View" menu. Possibly they got hidden incidentally.

The workflow for installing Affinity varies with the platform/operating system and the shop where it was purchased. This threads for instance contain relevant information:

• Alternatively to reinstalling you could try resetting the app to see if it fixes current issues:

You will need to install from either your Mac App Store account, or your Affinity Store account, depending on which one you purchased from.

You probably do not need to reinstall the app & if you do it probably will not change anything.

So instead, try the factory reset option -- hold down the Control key when starting it (not after it starts or while it is running) & try the default reset options.
