Archangel Posted August 23, 2024 Posted August 23, 2024 When batch converting a number of desktop wallpapers from PNG to JPEG I noticed a slight discrepencey in the output. These are images I created in Affinity Photo and saved successfully in PNG format. However when converting to a new directory in JPEG format with 100% quality there appears to be a line of pixels added to the left of these images when viewed in Ifranview. I do not know why. It also happens when saving as a JPEG from the main program export interface. Any ideas? Quote
Archangel Posted August 23, 2024 Author Posted August 23, 2024 It's okay. I solved the issue as it seemed a single pixel line had crept into my design which had been transparent. Conversion merely highlighted the problem. walt.farrell, stokerg and Old Bruce 3 Quote
Old Bruce Posted August 23, 2024 Posted August 23, 2024 Thanks for saying what the problem was/is. I really like it when people do that, you'll save people time when they search for this kind of problem. walt.farrell and stokerg 2 Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
