Bill Buchanan Posted August 23, 2024 Posted August 23, 2024 Good Morning, I accidentally clicked on (Start/Try) Free Trial. Although your software looks great, I'm not in the market for it yet. I don't want to be charged anything after the free trial is over. How can I suspend or stop the process? Quote
Hangman Posted August 23, 2024 Posted August 23, 2024 Hi @Bill Buchanan and welcome to the forums, This is a free, no-obligation trial so even if you did decide to trial it for 6 months you are under no obligation to purchase at the end of the trial so you won't be charged anything... Equally, if you've not provided any card details you have nothing to worry about as your card can't be charged... I'm sure someone in the Customer Service team can also clarify this is the case and provide you with written confirmation (via email)... Like all trials, the 6-month trial is without obligation to purchase at the end of the trial period. You can uninstall the programs if you do not use them. The only disadvantage you have is that you miss out on three really good programs. 😂 emmrecs01 and Hangman 2 Quote MAC mini M4 | MacOS Sequoia 15.5 | 16 GB RAM | 256 GB SSD AMD Ryzen 7 5700X | Sapphire Nitro+ RX 9060 XT 16 GB | 32 GB DDR4 3200MHz | Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (26100.4351) Windows 11 Pro on VMWare Virtual Machine (on Mac) Affinity Suite V 2.6.3 & Beta 2.6 (latest) Interested in a free (selfhosted) PDF Solution? Staff SFurniss Posted August 24, 2024 Staff Posted August 24, 2024 @Bill Buchanan Welcome to the forums. Sorry, the trials are fixed at the stated length and cannot be paused or extended. There is no need to cancel one of our free trials. It will end automatically at the end of the allotted time. We do not charge you following our free trial, You would need to place a separate order for the full program. Quote
