Affinity Photo is not yet available for Windows. Currently only Affinity Designer - a mixed vector/raster design/illustration software - is available as a public Beta on Windows. There's no equivalent of the content-aware tools you find in Photoshop in Designer, only in Affinity Photo which is what is being shown in the video above.
