Do you truly mean that they were working on this machine, and then stopped working for some reason? If so, did you change anything just before this happened? For example, did you adjust your firewall settings? Or update Windows? Or update the Affinity applications? Did you install using the EXE/MSI installers, or the MSIX installers? This error has been reported by some users when: For the EXE/MSI installers, the folder %appdata%\Affinity is hidden; or For the MSIX installers, the folder %userprofile%\.Affinity is hidden. But I don't see why either of those would have suddenly become hidden if the applications were working previously. Like @walt.farrellsay's though, i'd not expect it be the hidden folder issue but is worth double checking.
