Move to Back" (Ctrl + Shift + [) doesn't work on a Swedish keyboard

Issue:

The keyboard shortcut for "Move to Back" (Ctrl + Shift + [) doesn't work on a Swedish keyboard in programs like Affinity and Adobe. Instead of moving the layer to the back, it only moves the layer selection up or down in the layer panel.

Details:

• On a Swedish keyboard, the [ and ] keys are accessed by pressing Alt Gr + 8 or Alt Gr + 9, respectively.
• This makes the standard shortcut for "Move to Back" (Ctrl + Shift + [) non-functional because the key combination doesn't register correctly.

Question:

Is there a known workaround for this issue that applies specifically to Swedish keyboards? Has anyone else experienced this problem in graphic design software, and how did you resolve it?

Have you considered changing the shortcut to one you can type?
