He answered the question that was asked which was "what is Affinity Publisher all about?" Your question must be different. You didn't ask your question but I can imagine that your question is "When is Affinity Publisher going to be released?" Affinity Publisher is slated to be available as a Public Beta sometime at the end of this year. Notice the word "Beta". The Beta is supposed to be released at the end of this year and it will be released to buy probably sometime in 2017 (probably). I hope that helps.
