blitz999
I think i’ve figured out the unfeasibly complicated palettes. I’ve labelled and exported to use in other affinity apps. When imported, the palette contains no colours. Even importing back to the original app, no colours are contained.

Can you explain a bit about what you think is unfeasibly complicated? Perhaps there are more efficient ways of doing something you haven't found, or something you're still not understanding that we could explain. 22 hours ago, blitz999 said: I’ve labelled and exported to use in other affinity apps. Here's my example, where I created a palette as an application palette in Photo 2, exported it, and then imported it into Designer. All the colors are present. Also, note at the end I present another alternative to export/import the palette if your purpose is to use it in another Affinity V2 app on the same iPad. You can simply Link the palette after you create it, which makes it available in the other V2 apps on that iPad. There's also an application Setting under General to automatically Link content categories that can save a step.
