Hi there again,

I'm importing footnotes from Word into affinity. Now there is always the issue that the website name, which should be in the footnote, appears in the reference.

Does someone know, what is wrong? This happened to all my imported footnotes with a website name .

The website name should acctually appear after the "ausführlich" in the reference. The following picture is from the word document.

I'd appreciate your help!

Please enable these two options and let us see new screenshots:

1. Text > Highlight Fields

2. Text > Notes > Show Note Marks

This will help clarify what we're seeing.

Can you share your .afpub and .docx files?

What you're describing seems similar to part of an earlier discussion, and an even earlier one I haven't found yet.

I see the issue in your afpub file but I can't duplicate the issue when importing the docx file into your afpub file - it works as expected with the hyperlink appearing in the footnote and not in the main text frame. I'm not sure what to suggest.
