AMonty Posted August 16, 2024 Posted August 16, 2024 Hello, I just purchased the Universal license, and installed all 3 apps (Photo, Designer and Publisher) on my MacBook with just a humble 256GB drive. I notice that the 1) all 3 apps take up very similar drive space, and 2) when in Publisher, the functionality of the Photo and Designer apps can be accessed immediately (no load time) by pressing the 'persona' buttons. So I'm guessing that each app contains pretty much the same code, and contains all the functionality of all 3 apps. What would happen if I uninstalled Photo and Designer and just kept Publisher? Would Publisher detect that I have the universal license and allow me to carry on accessing the Photo and Designer features? Granted I'd lose the special 'personas' that Photo has, but I could live with that. It's really not a big deal, but I'm curious. I like to keep my small storage drive tidy, so saving nearly 6GB would be terrific if possible. I know one answer is 'try it and see' but I don't want to lose my settings in the other two apps if I uninstall them! Thanks in advance. Quote

No, not all. 8 minutes ago, AMonty said: What would happen if I uninstalled Photo and Designer and just kept Publisher?
