Hello!

Cover transparent pixel is oriented on Tools, than on a Layer, as in Photoshop.
OK., if I use Brush Tool… and Brush Tool only!
Where can I find the same for Flood Fill Tool?

If I use selection via CTRL+click on the layer and fill, antialiasing is not included properly and the result is 1-pixel alpha boundaries in previous color, in inverse semitransparent pixels are not included by first click! If I use Flood Fill Tool directly on the pixels on layer the same problem!

In the Photoshop I select Lock Transparent Pixel for a layer and I can paint all non-transparent pixels on this layer, depends on semi-transparency, at once via Alt+Backspace or CTRL+Backspace (Bucket Tool shortcut) with semi-transparent pixels also. No boundaries, bands, all fine tuned.

Can I do the same in Affinity Photo?
If not, why this is Tool option (and why not all?!) and maybe is it time to change that as oriented on layers?

Some things to try are temporarily disabling the editability of Composite Alpha in the Channels panel, and using the commands in Select > Alpha Range submenu.

Thank you.

This really works, but it needs 2 steps, see pic, Select Range of semi and opaque to select. 4 clicks. Difficult.
