Unable to see Layers when importing a PSD file into affinity.

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I'm trying to import a psd file into affinity. I can see the imported layers on the layers section, however I am unable to actually see all of them on the board. Can anyone help? I'm currently switching from adobe to affinity's ecosystem so I'm still trying to get the hang of it. I just can't seem to figure out what's wrong here. I don't if it's something in the PSD file or if I'm importing it incorrectly. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @AlexBloom and welcome to the forums,

I can't see the expanded layers panel in your screenshot but do the layers inside the Groups have their visibility toggled off perhaps, i.e., if you click the disclosure triangle to the left of the layer icon to reveal the layers inside the respective Groups, do all those layers have their visibility toggled off?

If all layers inside the various Groups have their visibility toggled on could you upload the PSD file so we can take a look at what might be going on...
