Hangman
Place a RAW file in a Publisher Document, select it then click the Develop Button takes you to the Develop Persona but I see no menu options once in the Develop Persons, i.e., the File, Edit, View, Window and Help menus are missing... Is this just me or is anyone else seeing the same thing? Ron P.
Checking this is Publisher, I also decided to check in Designer, and think there's a bug within it. Placing a RAW file in Designer, the Develop button is muted. When opening a RAW file, it's is opened as a Pixel, not RAW. I see the same on Windows and Mac, i.e., a greyed-out Develop Button though I'm assuming (rightly or wrongly) that Designer doesn't have a Develop Persona, there is no Develop option in the Shortcuts dropdown within Designer so to me it looks as though the Develop Button perhaps shouldn't be there in the first place... It would make no sense to Develop an image and then return to a Perosna using a set of vector-based tools... Ron P.
Well the Designer Develop may be by design. Just seems odd the button is muted. However checking back to V1, RAW files are converted to Pixel. I think there would be a specific Develop Persona icon in the toolbar, as per Affinity Photo, if Designer had a Develop Persona... It also makes little sense that it would have one, that's why we have Affinity Photo... True but as per my now edited reply above... "It would make no sense to Develop an image and then return to a Perosna using a set of vector-based tools..." I can understand the logic of the 'hidden' Develop Persona in Publisher but not Designer...
