LightMagic
I looked in 'Preferences' but was not able to set the number of 'Undo' levels, does this mean that the default is 'Unlimited'? Also I wanted to set the number of recent file to show on the 'File' but could not see a way of doing this, is there a default or can you set this number to your required limit? Staff Callum Posted June 30, 2016 Staff Share Posted June 30, 2016 Hi Light Magic, If you go to Preferences then Performance you will see a slider for Undo Limit the default is 1024 :) The recent File limit is defined by the OS and is set to 10 by default :) C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP. R C-R
The freeware app TinkerTool will allow you to set the number of File > Recent items to none, system defaults, or several fixed values (5 through 30), but this is system wide -- it will affect every app. Quote All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V2.4.1 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7 Affinity Photo 1.10.8; Affinity Designer 1.108; & all 3 V2 apps for iPad; 6th Generation iPad 32 GB; Apple Pencil; iPadOS 15.
