In-app help not only in startscreen

Hi, I often have to call up the help pages to read something. Unfortunately, I always have to leave the document, return to the start page, then open the help, close the help, open the document again.

I would like to open the help via tooltips button. It makes sense that one click opens the help popup and long touch displays the tooltips instead (as it is).

To clarify: i want to open the in-app help popup. I do not want to open it in a webbrowser to swipe between.

I am on iPad.
