Fipo Posted August 12, 2024 Posted August 12, 2024 I had two Suite licenses purchased at my workplace making promises and guaranteeing seriousness. I'm making a fool of myself because I can't go into Designer, which turns out not to be installed (but it is) and every time I start it asks me for a license. Windows11. I am still convinced, but I ask for expedited support. Quote

What makes you think it's not installed? Where did you download the installer from, and which installer did you download? Do you have any of the other Affinity applications installed, and if so, where did you download them from, and which installer(s) did you download? You must use the same kind of installer for all three applications, and repeated prompts to activate the license can be an indication you've mixed the installer types.
