Mitch2024 Posted August 12, 2024 Posted August 12, 2024 Attached are a couple of exports - see against dark background to see some side have what looks like 1px white stroke - totally random - can be on different sides. Not in the design and a real pain. Please add to bug list. Quote

Hangman Posted August 12, 2024 Posted August 12, 2024 Hi @Mitch2024 and welcome to the forums, Are you exporting your file to PDF? Does your Affinity Document include Bleed? Do the images and solid colour fills extend into the bleed area? There is a known bug, with PDF exports, logged under AF-1340, where the exported size sometimes exceeds the document dimensions which can result in 1 px white borders... to avoid this add a 3 mm bleed to your source Affinity document and ensure any elements that run right to the page edges include bleed... this will negate the white borders on the exported PDF file... No these are for web so jpg 2. No bleed 3. colours and images extend well outside the artboard boundary It sounds similar to the PDF bug - but on jpg - I have been working round by putting everything in a rectangular mask and exporting with a couple of pixels margin in PNG transparent - not ideal Quote

Ah - good question - I think you have solved it - artboard 1080 x 1350 px, but in Export persona has added 1px. Manually correcting export persona size solves it. I don't know if this is something I have done inadvertently or not - but seems random across multiple artboards and files. Quote

Is this also the case when you set the decimal places to six under the Affinity Designer User Interface Settings, i.e., does your Artboard still show integer values? That shouldn't be necessary... but while still showing six decimal places, check that the Artboard itself uses X and Y Integer values for the Artboard's position...
