Hi,

All of a sudden the font sizes in Publisher appear to have gone awry! Probably my fault but I don't know how to correct it.

With the font size set to 12, which is my default, the print is very small, too small to read. To get the size something back to about 12 I have to set the font to size 20. This happens each time I start typing, even in new documents.

I feel that I must have upset the system in some way and would appreciate advice on how to get the print to equal the size set. This would usually be 12 but size 20, normally quite large, seems to 'be the new 12'.

Many thanks,

Ron

Are you perhaps viewing the page at 60% zoom? Press Cmd+1 on Mac or Ctrl+1 on Windows to change it to 100%.

If you’re really talking about printing rather than onscreen display, check that you don’t have scaling set in the Print dialog.

Make sure you don't have Superscript or Subscript enabled. Check the Typography or (more likely) Positioning & Transform settings in the Character panel.
