Working on a logo/sq business card design for the fotographie side of what I do inside of Designer. Love the way I was able to use the K&T initials of my middle name to form the camera. Happy with the progress so far...

OK, good start – but not quite convincing me yet. :)

The use of rounded and straight corners/edges is a little inconsistent. What’s the purpose of that bar above the K? And what is that orange triangle at the bottom?

T is a difficult character to incorporate as edge element.

You are using three different “fonts”. You are trying to illustrate what is written. The best is to illustrate the USP.

 

Just three very quick notes without having an idea what your concept was (always begin with a concept, never with the fine-drawing).

Sorry, but If you didn't tell me that it was a camera I would have guessed that the company did farm machinery as it looked like a tractor cab to me.
With K and T as the initials I would have been temped to start with something like one of the attached - very quickly and crudely done - attempts. They look a bit "tripod-y".
