Hi @Iztok,

This is because you are moving your text layer outside the Artboard, doing do and then moving it forces the item back into the Artboard...

If instead you move the grey rectangle at the top of the layer stack so it appears above your text layer but inside the Artboard then move your text layer above the Grey Rectangle keeping both inside the Artboard everything should work correctly...

For future reference if you do intentionally want to keep the text layer outside of the Artboard you can toggle 'Edit all layers' in the layers panel. This will retain the text layers position outside of the art-board in the layer stack when transforming it.

OK but for users it isn't normal behavior, so I think layer poition is priority I can't think why and how, programers must do it for user

Unless you have a specific reason for moving objects outside the Artboard I would keep everything contained inside the Artboard to avoid any issues...

But it's not a bug; it just doesn't work as you'd like it to.

If users choose to use Artboards, they should understand how they work, and understand how settings like Edit All Artboards interact with them.

User education is needed here, not program changes.
